Baby blonde is a softer option of platinum blonde hair. The hair dye can be applied to all hair or used for highlighting, creating a unique multidimensionality in light tones. However, how can you maintain such a difficult yet pure shade? Check out this article and find it out!
1. The rule of the first 48 hours
Right after the hair dyeing, you shouldn’t wash your hair. It's better to wait two or three days. During this period, the dye is fixed in the hair structure and is less likely to be washed out or destroyed under the influence of adverse environmental factors.
2. Proper hair washing. Firstly, the water shouldn’t be hot (40 °C is OK). Secondly, we recommend you to wash your hair less often, about twice a week. The rest of the time take a shower in a shower cap.
3. Choose the right shampoo and conditioner for blondes. Try Soul Color Duo Shampoo and Conditioner. They gently clean blonde hair, providing antioxidant and nourishing action as well as preventing your hair color from turning yellow.
4. Any blonde needs careful care, but right after dyeing, don’t use nourishing oils and moisturizing masks for about two weeks. Such products, especially pure oils, noticeably accelerate the washing out of color.
