All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Dear customers, please, note that due to website constraints, we’re unable to combine wholesale or any other website discounts with the shipping gifts.
You can still use the gifts separately, without and additional discounts applied. (1 option to choose only)

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States, International shipping is also available for special countries. The list of countries can be viewed on the checkout page in the country of delivery column. If your country is not on the shipping list, please contact our customer service for more information.

3. Delivery Time

Dear Customers!

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

Dear customer, please, note that in case your order is going to be forwarded by your local shipping company outside the US territory, You’re responsible for any returns, loss, or damage, that happened during the transportation to your country. This order is non-refundable and not acceptable for any support claims.
Please, note that your order could be split in separate shipments with different tracking numbers (automatically) by the fulfilment operator.

7. Wholesale Shipping Rules for orders over 500$ Based on Order Weight
  • Exclusive to wholesale customers, these rules apply to orders exceeding $500 in total value. Shipping Cost Calculation for Wholesale:
  • Shipping costs for wholesale orders are determined by the total weight of the order.
  • After the order is placed and packed, the weight will be determined, and shipping costs will be calculated based on current carrier rates.
Separate Shipping Invoice for wholesale:
  • Once the shipping cost is calculated, a separate invoice will be sent to the customer for shipping charges.
  • The order will be dispatched only after the shipping invoice is paid in full.
Handling Time for wholesale:
  • After receiving the payment for the shipping invoice, orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days.
Packaging for wholesale:
  • Orders are packed with high-quality protective materials to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
  • Packaging will be discreet, without price indications, suitable for direct drop shipping.
Order Tracking for wholesale:
  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and coordinating with the courier for delivery specifics.
Restricted Areas for wholesale:
  • Some areas might have restricted access or may incur additional shipping fees. Customers will be notified if their delivery address is affected.
  • All shipments will be insured. The cost of insurance, if any, will be included in the separate shipping invoice.

Returns & Exchanges for wholesale:
  • Returns for wholesale orders are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
