Curly hair care

Curly hair often makes its owner look younger and edgy. Just remember celebrities such as Beyoncé, Shakira, Sarah Jessica Parker, Salma Hayek. All of them look gorgeous, as they made wavy hair their signature hairstyle. However, curly hair requires good hair care in order for curls to look nice and neat. You don’t have to be a high-paid celebrity in order to afford luxurious hair treatments. In this article, we will tell you everything about wavy hair care, keep on reading!
1. Use a special comb for curly hair. A regular comb which can be bought in any supermarket can damage your hair, pull it out and even tangle even more. Consult your hairstylist and let him help you with the choice. Many hair salons sell hair combs and hair products, which makes the choice even easier!
2. Shampoo and conditioner for wavy or curly hair is not a trick or a marketing gag. The structure of curls is very different from the structure of straight hair (each tiny curly hair has an elongated structure, just like an oval in cross-section), they are usually thinner and more brittle, thus, they need deep nutrition.
3. Styling cream. Buy a leave-in styling cream for curls’ fixation (don’t buy styling foam or mousse - it is believed that these products are the least suitable for the curly structure). For curly hair, leave-in products can generally become an alternative to traditional styling: they do not make curls heavier, but smooth and shape them.
